Future trainee solicitor

Jonathan is a future trainee solicitor at Reed Smith who advocates for autism acceptance, particularly in employment. He is an inaugural member of Parliament’s Westminster Autism Commission, contributing to healthcare, mental health, and employment reports.

He sits on the government’s Health and Work expert advisory board, and the Law Society’s Equality Committee as its first openly autistic member, first openly bi member, and youngest ever member.

Jonathan recently presented to the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, and representatives from their 47 member states, on disability and business, the first openly autistic LGBT person to do so.

He also works with the Commonwealth raising awareness of the 23 million autistic Commonwealth citizens across 53 countries; works with several national charities; and has won numerous national awards for his advocacy
